The City of Burlington’s aquatic fitness program is a low-impact exercise program to help you get stronger, improve your heart health, and stay connected with others. Whether you choose shallow or deep water, each instructor-led class offers safe, effective workouts set to upbeat music and designed for all fitness levels, including both swimmers and non-swimmers.
Reservations are available at the indoor pool and outdoor pools in the summer. Reserve your spot in advance, or walk–ins are accepted if space is available.
