The City of Burlington’s New Zoning Bylaw Project is underway. This project is creating new Zoning Bylaws to provide a set of rules for land use planning and development across Burlington.
The project is being done in phases. Phase 1 is now complete with the Burlington Residential Zoning Bylaw and Burlington Residential Zoning Bylaw Near Rail.
