LaSalle Pier Curb Wall Replacement

The City of Burlington is replacing a retaining wall along the west side of the LaSalle Pier.  Construction is scheduled to begin in April and will take approximately 4 weeks to complete. 

The work includes:

• Removal of the damaged wall
• Installation of a new concrete block wall
• Addition of shoreline cobbles
• Replacement of adjacent asphalt paving

For your safety, the work area including the row of parking along the west side of the pier will be closed during construction. Fencing will be in place to secure the construction site until the work is complete.
