Adult recreation programs are offered across the city, providing opportunities to stay active, learn, create, socialize, and foster community connections.
The City of Burlington offers both registered and drop-in recreation programs across seven community centre hubs.
Adult programs are open to everyone aged 19 and older, while activities specifically designed for older adults are marked with '55+' in the course name. Adults 55+ are welcome to participate in all programs, not just those labelled '55+.
